How does it work?
Our collaboration will start with an intake interview and selection of the best fit IBY solution to cover your team objectives, office space requirements, and schedule. Each IBY program is designed to fit the agenda of your employees, both office-based and traveling. We have online solutions for travelers, so everyone can participate.
We will work together on rolling out the IBY program in your office for your team and monitor its progress on a regular basis. At the end of the program, we will sit together to evaluate IBY program’s impact on your team and share post-program recommendations.

IBY Essentials covers regular Body & Mind Recharge sessions with focus on releasing stress, increasing body vitality and a sense of wellbeing of your team. Body & Mind Recharge is a combination of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 sessions taking place on a regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly) that will enable your team to relax, de-stress and recharge.
IBY Essentials is an ideal follow up of the the IBY Core program, to maintain a long-lasting impact on your team’s well-being and mindset.

It will increase an overall sense of emotional wellbeing of your people – boosting their motivation and ability to accept and manage changes as part of their daily job and life. This program will help your employees to become a better version of themselves – more focused, more productive and open for learning and improvement.
IBY Core will start with individual 1-1 intake interviews and finish with a final recommendations review with each participant to enable a personal impact based on the individual needs and focus. We will measure the results of the IBY Core Program together with you using a customized survey and participants’ feedback.

This program can be organized on 1-1 individual basis or for your management team. It includes 5 deep dive sessions into areas like mental resilience and grit, emotional intelligence and mindfulness, empathic leadership and understanding of social brain, exploring generational differences and ways to manage it effectively.
IBY Executive will start with individual intake interviews to address every manager’s needs and areas of development and continue with weekly deep dive sessions, and finish with final recommendations 1-1 reviews.

IBY Health Day Experience can be organized as part of Health Check Week or can be part of your employee wellbeing strategy calendar or even dedicated to World Health Day, providing your team with a choice of health activities covering areas like stress management, physical and mental tension release, sleep improvement, nutrition and many others.
How does it work?
- Based on an intake interview and your needs, we will identify the right mix of sessions and align on the best schedule for them
- Your team can have a fresh productive start of the day with the Relax & Renew Yoga Break
- Mindfulness Attention Acceleration Training will boost their attention and focus after lunchtime
- Mindfulness Stress Resistance Training will help your team de-stress with practical body-mind tools
- Work Hard-Sleep Well Workshop will be a great way to close the day, switch off and prepare for a great night sleep
- We are happy to customize this program with activities of your choice, including a Healthy Living and Nutrition lunch session or Chair massage to be given throughout the day
